Exchange Policy
Retrothread has a 7-day return and exchange policy with the following details:
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Process: Contact their customer support at retrothread8@gmail.com or call 9044454155. They offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost if the pin code is serviceable.
Refunds: For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days. For COD orders, a coupon code equivalent to the order value is provided, valid for one year.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back.
